THIS IS FREAKING OUTRAGEOUS! They had a constitutional professor from Chapman University on today. It doesn't matter that there was a threat of violence. That doesn't trump free speech. The courts have been clear on this. They will be going in on Wednesday to get an emergency order from the court. Whose country is this?

Just great. I just called his office. The recording told me that the district schools will be closed for Memorial Day. That's big news. Then, they did it in Spanish. I really enjoyed that.

Some local from the Carlsbad area got badly MAULED when he called in and tried to defend the Supt because they had just renovated the facilities and it would be terrible to have any damage.
There is also a National Law forbidden intimidation of citizens wishing to assemble and voice their opinions, that was inactided as a consequence of activity of the KKK many years ago.

MIDI - CALIFORNIA DREAMIN' Half a million more
just sneaked in today
I called INS
to see what theyd say
They said they're not worried
it will all be okay
Californias screamin
why arent they sent away
I went to a store
I go to everyday
And I couldnt understand
a word the clerks would say
Please tell me what is going on
do it without delay
Californias screamin
why arent they sent away
(musical interlude)
Gangs are in the streets
everywhere I go
While La Raza screams
This is Mexico!
I am really startled
I am in dismay
Californias screamin
why arent they sent away
Why aren't they sent away
why aren't the sent away

Carlsbad is an upscale North San Diego County beach community. I would guess it at least leans Republican. John Roach must be a real puke! Hope Roger comes up with an alternative location.

Immigration reform too hot to handle (for a town hall meeting n California at least) . .
==================================
Sponsored by Republican state Sen. Bill Morrow, Thursdays meeting, titled The Illegal Immigration Crisis, was scheduled to include former San Diego mayor and radio talk-show host Roger Hedgecock as emcee, Colorado Congressmen Tom Tancredo, Minuteman Project founder James W. I just sent him an email.
I guess if activists can't get their way by using the racist label, they can do so by threatening violence.

If we all listen real carefully , we will hear Superintendent Roach's jack boots hitting the floor in the hall ways of Carlsbad Unified School District.
