He will not be missed.

True enough. One has to wonder what abc is going to do now. I ran across several articles indicating they planned to take their time in replacing PJ. What with the declining audience for evening news and the apparent ascendance of the morning fluff, Gibson may not be their first choice for a replacement. Supposedly the Vargas(?) girl lacks experience(she hasn't learned the fine art of nuanced news yet?).

Surely they'll be able to come up with an appropriate replacement. Maybe al Jazira has an up and comer.

I'll bet they're all watching Algore's network like hawks. The first skyward point he gets in the rating is going to spawn a score of network entries for 'relevance' programming. I wouldn't doubt that presstitute journalism will remake itself into a hip-hop magazine format with gossip and tabloid stories at the national level. These whores are shot and they know it, but they don't have any other gig so they smear on more lipstick and try to freshen up. Well, three heads cut from the hydra still leave plenty more to make trouble with.
