I read that he has on FR about 6 months ago. It will still take years to build them even know he is waving a lot of the environmental concerns

Refinery numbers are only part of the story. Total refinery capacity is more important figure. After falling in the early 80's following industry deregulation, it is now slowly creeping up.

He has rw but the problem is the same as not being able to drill for oil in Alaska. It will take years for new refineries to go on line and it will take years for the oil fields to be developed in Alaska. These two major problems have been created by the tree hugging liberal democrats and their Hollywood friends. Now we are paying for it.
