Back in June when FOX was contacted by a Diario reported, wasn't he following a car with 3 men and 2 women?

I vaguely remember something like that also...its been in the back of my mind all along, wondering what happened to these mysterious people or whether they existed at all. Remember there was a thread where "any minute," something like 11 people were going to be brought in because of suspicion of involvement. Eventually, it just ended up being S. Croes/Kalpoes (2)/van der Sloots (2). Even counting the two guards who were released, what happened to the other people? Did they ever exist or where they these 2 women and 3 men?

I don't think anyone else was detained, but wasn't Lorenzo questioned at some point?

The woman they were following turned out to be a middle aged woman and not related.

But I wonder too,,all these rumors of all these arrests and breaks in the case. It is tiresome. But without it, the press would fold up and go away.

Lorenzo was questioned, IIRC, but nothing came of it. He had an 'alibi'.

TexKat found the info last week that we are talking about, but it didn't have the details of the vehicle they were following. The dynamics of the group just sounded very familiar. hmm. I don't know much about the reporter and where he is now. I've not heard that he left the island or is 'missing'. I have googled him by name but not much comes up.

I heard Greta downplay the landfill withness last night. According to her his story has some holes in it. I understand from what she said that the number of people involved has changed a time or two. It doesn't look good when every witness report yields nothing new.

Yes, Lorenzo was questioned but released. I can't help but wonder why they questioned him. There have been so many rumors about Lorenzo. Some of which are the following:

He held Natalee as a prisoner in his basement house.
He holds rave parties at his ranch home, which the police have not searched.
Lorenzo has two homes - One for Raves - the other one for him and his mom.
Natalee's clothing has been seen at his home.
Natalee had dinner with him at the HI earlier in the week.
Lorenzo might be PVDS' son.
SM posters think Lorenzo is a partner of Pink Porn Productions.

I don't know if the above are rumors or true. I keep hearing that no one can locate a definate photo of Lorenzo. If the porno rumor is true, that makes me wonder about the rest of the rumors, in light of the porno connection we've read about previously. In no way am I saying that Natalee would knowingly involve herself with porno people. Unfortunately those porno sickos don't wear a sign on their chest to warn innocent victims.

God only knows what evil might be involved in Natalee's disappearance. Oddly enough, yesterday I read a post on SM concerning Venezuela. According to the post, Venezuela has just decided to forbid our DEA people from investigating drugs in their country. If true, why now? Does it also have something to do with Natalee? Sen. Shelby, early on, said this case is not typical. What did he mean? So many questions and so few answers.
