Good morning, all This is what I heard Beth say on Fox last night, in my own words. I am blown away by it! The confessions/statements taken early on, but thrown out (torn up, trashed), revealed what really happened to Natalee. What they did to Natalee in that car was horrible, she said. By the way she spoke of these discarded statements, I felt Beth was seeing them as containing truth. This is far different from what appears to remain in this case—lies, silence, no solid evidence.
She brought all those statements back to Alabama with her. This probably was the main purpose of her trip back home last week. She was safeguarding these materials… Her release of this information last night may be the “bombshell” to which she and Jug have referred, as others have said, too. To her they are proof of “cover up” and protection of the suspects. I think she’s obtained them through Jossy, since he is the one who has claimed to have access to such information, leading to his paper’s printing the confession story and his statement several weeks ago that Joran was accusing Deepak of raping and killing Natalee on the beach. Beth does not divulge info she gets from ALE or the FBI.
Is it possible that these early materials were thrown out through a court motion to discard all information obtained prior to the suspects retaining counsel? There have been many motions, some of which were not spelled out in the media. But the end result is that not only did LE lose the crucial first 2 days in this investigation (+ an extra 9 days) during which the main suspects were allowed freedom to destroy evidence, but, also, all the initial interrogation results were either legally lost or willfully trashed. Thus, the prosecution apparently has been put in a no-win situation.
So it appears that Deepak's car interior was the crime scene? My theory follows and is very simple. When Joran or one of the brothers was raping her and she was fighting back, Natalee’s head was forcefully rammed against the door handle or some other object in the car, causing a fatal injury. (“Head injury,” “kissing in back seat,” “washing of car” are among the clues we already have.) For the rape, the suspects could have been parked near the lighthouse or near a beach or exactly where the gardener spotted them by the pond. Did you all see how angry Jossy when he was talking on Fox last week about the gardener’s fleeing the island? It sounded like he was at least partially blaming the media, trying to thrust cameras in his face, for scaring him away. This is an important witness!
