Some states have levels. Michigan does not. A 4th degree, which includes unwanted touching, is classified the same as 1st degree sex offense. Mi needs to make some changes. It doesn't differentiate the pedaphiles from Senior/Freshmen problems.
Now I know why mom and dad told me I couldn't date a Senior when I was a Freshmen...But OH how I wanted to! I just thought they were being ridiculous.
There definitely needs to be a rating of sorts in order to take the dangerous ones seriously and to differentiate from the high school kids.
