Yes, but everyone is on "the" list. Date rape, pee on tree. There needs to be better "lists". I don't care if I live next to someone on the list, if he is there for a non-violent sex act. (Date Rape for one)We have 10 g/children that visit. We WATCH them! That means we go outside with them when they do...We play with them...We don't let them wander the neighborhood. Parents need to do a better job of taking care of their children too. Lists don't work.
