Sounds like the title of this should be: "Patriot defends himself against anti-war zealot"

The story shows one of the reasons that "shooting to wound" is almost always a bad idea. If you are justified in "shooting to wound" you are justified in killing.
It is called "deadly force" for a reason.

Here in Minnesota the lefties are getting quite violent, especially in the Twin Cities, moreso in Minneapolis.
See www.whenangrydemocratsattack.com
After some exchanges that I have gotten in (when the other person finds out that I do not bow down to leftist orthodoxy), the only thing that currently keeps me from driving in Minnesota with a Texas drivers license and Texas tags is the fact that the current governor is a Republican (although I have my disagreements with Pawlenty, the DFL on the other hand are all Marxist moonbats).

Sounds to me like the right prevails again. My sentiments, exactly! Eventually, those who support the President, this country and the war are going to strike back. Unfortunately, this time, it was lethal!

Well, first I'd say, "You're a liberal, what are you doing with a gun?"
While he was trying to figure it out, then I'd shoot him.

...in what newspapers in Kentucky are calling a first, one American has killed another in a dispute over the Iraq war....Newspapers in Kentucky are wrong. Over a year ago America's Most Wanted broadcast a case of a homicide due to an argument over the war. The anti-war killer is still on the run, the Bush defender dead.
I think the "newspapers in Kentucky" consider this the first case of its kind mainly because the anti-war party ended up dead.
Oh! One other case. Although not strictly similar, an anarchist killed a cop on the west coast around two years ago to protest the war. The MSM never mentions the case.

"Moore was released without being charged after he convinced police he had acted in self-defense."
Is there any bias in this sentence? Just wondering...

Moore was released without being charged after he convinced police he had acted in self-defense. "Is Ted Baxter in the house?"

((Our porous southern border WILL result in another terrorist attack))
"Another witness, Chuck Newsome, said yesterday the Sept. 11 attacks also were included in the argument, which quickly escalated into an altercation and then to a kind of showdown in front of the market's snack stand. After a scuffle, Newsome said he saw Smith stand beside the snack shed, pull a small pistol out of his pocket, cock the hammer and say, "I'm going to blow your ... brains out."
Witnesses said Moore pulled a .38-caliber pistol from his pocket. "Doug was just quicker," Harold Hannah of Salyersville said."
