If the school is completely private and receives no taxpayer funding whatsoever, then the school should be free to set whatever admissions policy it feels is just. Why? Even private country clubs don't enjoy that protection anymore.

You're thinking of the California Supreme Court's recent decision. Its not a stretch to say that churches can be forced to marry gays next. The Nazis had nothing on us in the march to a totalitarian
gleischaltung overseen by the courts and their handmaiden the ACLU. The Left would love to subject even glee clubs to the government's oversight.
