To me, that's smacks as something akin to "eminant domain", just without the compensation.
That is EXACTLY what it is.......a taking without compensation. But don't try to explain that to the ban proponents.........they put there fingers in there ears and "la di dah, I can't hear you" so blind are they in their aim of of control of everything anyone does.
