The idiot probably meant Feb of '07. If the Dems win the House in '06, it will have to be '07 before they start impeachment proceedings. I am sure that in the unlikely event that they do win the House in the 2006 elections, the first item on their agenda will be impeachment.
Even if they did win the House, nobody's going to have the stomach for impeachment because everybody and their mommas are going to be concentrating on the Holy Grail of election years - 2008.

So they impeach and Bush says: "As a gesture of compassion I have decided to spare the country further domestic travail and so have resigned the office of the Presidency one hour ago. So without further todo I turn the podiom over to President Cheney. I'm leaving Washington immediately but if the press has any questions Karl Rove and I will take them on the Cheney '08 campaign bus parked right outside."
