Bush would have to be convicted first. Bubba was impeached too, just not convicted.
Yes, you are correct. I should have been more careful. If the President is impeached (which of course he will not be but for the sake of argument) then convicted, the Democrats aren't going to know what hit them when Cheney takes over. I admire that man.
