This woman needs to be in therapy. And the people who are encouraging her need to be arrested.
It most certainly is. But, can we afford for out leaders to get a taste of that kind of power. Locking up everyone who speaks against you would soon follow, especially when the 'Rats regain power.
her statements are not seditious. sheehan does not advocate the violent overthrow of the the US Gov't. she merely states what she thinks about the war, its supporters and its causes. so what? q.v. USC TITLE 18,CHAPTER 115 TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES.
