Wow that article says US Scientists. Wonder why the China paper he read had the French as developing it?

The U.S., U.K. and France are all trying to come up with a viable vaccine. The problem is the H5N1 virus is changing at a very rapid pace. The strain in China (and now in Russia) is somewhat different than the strain in Vietnam.

Wonder why the China paper he read had the French as developing it?

As I read the article, it stated the US tested the vaccine. The French possibly could have developed it...?
