Hovhannes Poghosyan is the name of an Armenian NGO last here under the charter "To assist the Republic of Armenia in the process of establishing a strong socio economic democratic structure."

The family name Artavazd Janshyan has a history in Armenian politics.
I have not been able to make a Positive ID of the individuals involved in the traffic stop of the Georgetown incident, so these may be different people entirely.
Very possible these individuals were actually ME's with false ID's.
