After all these months of chasing the word "Pelican", I think that i have found it:

Pelikan: Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

OK, so we know they exist, but think about it, it also pulled Model Airplane clubs.

Which have long been expected to be used is dispensing bio-chemicals over large crowds.

It would be interesting to know if the outbreaks of disease around the world, are connected to model airplanes?

141 arrested in terror swoop

ITALY has arrested 141 people in a security swoop following the bombings in London and Egypt last month and remains at high risk from an attack by Islamic militants, the Interior Ministry said overnight.

Italy, the subject of several internet threats from purported Islamic militant groups, said it had begun expulsion procedures against 701 people.

"The latest evaluations ... confirm an ongoing high risk of a terrorist attack on our country," the ministry said in a statement after a parliamentary meeting on the findings from a series of nationwide raids in recent days.......

Good work Ma Barker LOL Hubby has told me for months now how easy model airplanes would be for a bio attack. They will fly out of the box for 5 miles, a few tricks and they will go 50 miles.

I think it was in an old Steve McQueen where they were using remote control cars to drive under a car and blow it up.

OBL in one of his old photo's had remote control trucks on each side of him.
