LOL, my computer won't let me see what I started the search with, but it was your FR muslim thread.

This is the ASU muslim group 1997, I cannot see to read the names, and won't remember them anyway. But there are some there that I have seen before............

Where is the group today? They were into raising lots of money in 1997.

He had some interesting insights, and I'd be very interested in his take on the current threats.

Very interested.

I searched for the word: muslim

and got 20 college student lists.

try your words and see where you go, there are thousands of groups to search.

http://www.lsoft.com/lists/list_q.html

Another post by Haleemes, the writer of the FR thread on muslims, the call to war, I would think that he is a muslim-communist from this post of 9-23-2001.

http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:d92fguK_nn8J:listserv.dom.edu/cgi-bin/wa.exe%3FA2%3Dind0109%26L%3Dstumpers-l%26D%3D0%26O%3DD%26P%3D96394+haleemas&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&client=googlet

On the above, I clicked on the link at the very bottom of the page, it took me to a page of info on the lists available and if you look at 'country' you get a list of servers. I looked at Canada. Noted that it says some countries choose to not be listed on the server list.

My google search:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&client=googlet&q=haleemas&btnG=Search

Hey don't blame me, Cindy posted the link to the FR thread on the muslim call to war.......LOL

Groups has not been checked for haleemas.

When I clicked on the top link of this thread, it was to go
to the source of the thread, it showed as "this page no longer exists"

haleemas was part of the name of the page that no longer exists, so i googled it, as the full page name would not google.

that led to my other posts........

You're welcome a_d. Sounds like Clyde knows enough to be loyal to you already. He didn't take the wide open spaces as an opportunity to chase birdies or chipmunks until he got lost. That's an excellent thing.

Hi Granny.

I was watching a movie with my family and just got back online.
I don't recall a post regarding a "muslim call to war." Could you point
me to that post so I can review it?

Thanks.

*In
Pursuit of the Divine: Submission, Sincerity, and Sacrifice* <<<<<<<<<<

The above was the alarm that caught me, "sacrifice".

I know that in the past I have found leads and messages in the college threads, and lots of communists publishing the newsletters.

After I followed a newsletter to the Utah University and read where the list owner thanked Castro from Cuba for the money to start his communist newsletter, that was coming from an address at the Utah University.

Found the Utah one at etext.org.

""[El] Kaide"(1) Magazine Published Openly in Turkey!"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "The weekly political magazine Tempo and some major Turkish daily newspapers such as Milliyet, Aksam and Cumhuriyet have reported that the Islamist Turkish terrorist organization "Great East Islamic Raiders Front" ( IBDA-C)(2) began publishing a new weekly magazine named 'Kaide,' which openly praises Al-Qaida and idolizes Osama bin Laden. The Kaide magazine, which looks like an Al-Qaida bulletin and publishes all their announcements, is published legally in Istanbul and is sold in all the newsstands in Turkey."

For clarification purposes, this is a 2001 thread.

Today, a certain person spewed his viewpoint
on this 2001 thread. I posted two of his responses
here on The Threat Matrix in post #102.

At no time, did I personally see the specific term "Muslim call to war"
in the article.

NOTE TO ALL: THIS IS A REAL IMPORTANT POINT ladies and gentlemen because as of this writing, muslims have NOT called us to war. JIHADIS are fighting a war. It is jihad.

If that specific term was posted in the article itself; I missed it.

What I do see is a keyword that someone posted and it does read "muslimcalltowar."

Sorry to be picky about this, but I choose my words very carefully.

Thanks for understanding Granny and giving me a chance to publicly
clarify the posts.

"The radical Islamic group that acts as 'conveyor belt' for terror"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "Undercover reporter Shiv Malik shows us inside the radical Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir in Britain. From The Independent, with thanks to SK.

Last year, I spent two months investigating Hizb ut-Tahrir, Britain's - and perhaps the world's - largest radical Islamic group, which Tony Blair announced last week is to be banned.

I expected Hizb ut-Tahrir to be highly secretive and closed. But after a month of negotiations, the leadership committee decided to grant me exclusive access to the organisation's inner sanctum. I was going to be allowed to sit in on one of their indoctrination cells, or "study circles" as they call them."

OPERATION ABLE WARRIOR NETS MORE THAN 40 TERRORISTS

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Task Force Baghdad Soldiers conducted Operation Able Warrior to defeat terror cells operating west of the Baghdad International Airport in the early morning hours of Aug. 4.

In less than three hours, Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 121st Infantry Regiment, 48th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division conducted a series of simultaneous attacks and captured 41 suspected terrorists, including three foreign fighters.

“We went out and did what we set out to do - this was a picture-perfect mission,” said Lt. Col. Steve McCorkle, commander of 2nd Bn., 121st Inf. Reg. from Warner Robins, Ga.

Operation Able Warrior was conducted in order to disrupt car bombing cells and roadside bomb emplacers, and prevent them from planning, preparing and carrying out terrorist attacks in the area.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

1/11th ACR DESTROYS TERROR CELL, FINDS WEAPON CASHES

ABU GHRAIB, Iraq — In the 48 hours spanning Aug. 3 and 4, Soldiers of 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, 256th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division conducted a series of raids to nab key planners of terrorist attacks and to seize weapons and bomb-making materials in Abu Ghraib, a western province of Baghdad.

The Soldiers captured four suspected terrorists, discovered five weapons caches, and confiscated more than $2,000 in U.S. currency.

Beginning at 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 3, Soldiers from B Troop, 1/11th ACR searched five locations in the Khandari district, where they detained one terrorist who positively identified three other members of his cell after he was captured.

The unit also unearthed two weapons caches shortly before midnight.

The first cache consisted of a mortar tube with more than 50 mortar rounds, a rocket-propelled grenade launcher with two grenades and a sighting device, and a recoilless rifle with a tripod mount. The Soldiers also found 100 feet of detonation cord, 100 blasting caps and a videotape.

Twenty minutes later, the U.S. Soldiers found another weapons cache which contained $2,200 in U.S. currency, four hand grenades and a cell phone wired to a bomb detonation device.

The four terror suspects were taken into custody for questioning.

The first detainee also told the U.S. Soldiers about the location of an already-emplaced roadside bomb. A U.S. explosives ordnance disposal team located and destroyed the bomb.

Soldiers from 1/11th ACR carried out several missions to arrest terrorists and uncover their logistical bases in Abu Ghraib as part of Operation Thunder Cat, conducted by 256th BCT.

Since July, 1/11th ACR has uncovered more than five major cache sites and has arrested 28 terrorists working as part of terror cells conducting attacks against both Coalition Forces and Iraqi Security Forces.

“The discovery of these caches and detainment of the individuals associated with it has dealt a serious blow to the terrorists operating in Abu Ghraib,” said Maj. Brian Robertson, squadron executive officer, from Wilkesboro, N.C. “This success is a direct result of the persistence and hard work of the troopers of Bravo Troop and 1/11th ACR.”
