I think he's recognizing real changes here i.e. In the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s, Martin Luther King, Jr. cited the human rights principles embodied in the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, and proved that the principle of “all men are created equal” applied equally to white people and black people.

I think CCP is going to have a bigger problem with people like Wang than we are.
