Dumb question. What is threatened is our system of laws (you do know what they are?), our soverignty, which is decaying rapidly when your borders mean nothing, and you really should know the rest, unless you are rationalizing illegal immigration. Threat to me? No. Threat to our country and its key foundations -- ABSOLUTELY.

As a lifelong SoCal resident, I would say here we are both.
First, financially we pay for schools, police, prisons, medical care, subsidized housing, etc.
Cultural is second. It is more bothersome to some, than to others.
