The effect such mass migration has on the local culture doesn't have to be considered because the natives have been officially declared to be subhuman and can be ignored. Flores doesn't support mass immigration because he's a multiculturalist, he supports it for purely racist reasons, because it is good for Mexicans. As head of LULAC he is, in fact, a professional racist, playing on the gullibility and decency of his victims to swindle them out of what is rightfully theirs.
I think Huckabee has a legitimate point that the feds should coordinate their activities with local law enforcement agencies, and INS should return calls to state officials.
