The point on Wilson's anti-Semitic comments also deserves emphasis, IMO. What Wilson says there is essentially the same thing McGovern said when he went to testify about the Downing Street Memo recently, prompting Howard Dean to issue a statement distancing the DNC from McGovern's remarks. Does Dean also distance himself from Mr. Wilson's similar remarks, or do the Democrats only condemn anti-Semites who are politically expendable like the lesser-known McGovern?
