However, in the CAFTA agreement and the one that is coming down the pike, FTAA, any country that seeks to prohibit goods, services and people who come into the country to take advantage of these, can't be deported. Unless the so called "impartial tribunal of free traders" would agree to deportation.

The U.S. Constitution reigns supreme -- not CAFTA. Why carry the water of the anti-sovereigns on this?

I don't think our law will reign supreme of the CAFTA's wording. Why put this clause in the agreement if it is useless? I am not nearly as trusting of our government as you are.

There will be a tribunal that is for sure. And how could it be fair for other countries to have to go through the tribuna, and not the USA?

Our court system is too screwed for words. Ginsberg is alway longing for European law in the American courts. She is getting pretty close to having it with these agreements.
