The cop poured the ashes onto the hood of the car & then brushed them onto the ground after seeing is wasn't drugs? Why in the world would he do that? How did he even know the guy had a anything inside the cross necklace? Crazy. The cop had a fine case of Drug Warrior Attitude. When Congress gives you a special exemption from Constitutional rihts of the accused, plus carte blanche to steal private assets without due process whenever you feel like it, this kind of thing is going to happen.
