The only problem with the scandal is that the sole indictable individual is Evan Cohen, and everybody on the left would cheer his indictment.

Maybe not - I've seen stories suggesting that execs at the Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club (the non-profit that "loaned" Air America the money in question) have been living very high on the hog themselves, with lavish salaries and all kinds of perks. There may well be corruption and criminal activity here that goes way beyond Al Franken's lame-ass radio network, if anyone will ever bother to look into it.

Everytime I see Evan Cohen's name in print, it always notes that he is from Guam. Maybe he's on Guam.

I don't think he's great (other than a great ass) and I don't like him (except in an unemployment line or on a granite slab at the morgue). I do, however, think he will become extremely funny as his day job slides down the toilet and he gets embroiled in an investigation of leftist corruption and criminal transactions. Tee-hee-hee! Maybe they'll invite him back on SNL as a skid row lunatic in some skits. Ho-ho-ho!
