He said that Roberts taking of the homosexual rights case on a pro bono basis sends up a "small red flag".
He was strongly pro-Roberts originally.
But he said that the Supreme Court decision Roberts helped to secure for that homosexual rights group set the stage for a Federal approval of homosexual "marriages".
Listen tonight to see if he says anything more. I trust this guy implicitly after reading his book "Men in Black"
