Brent Bozell said on Sean's show that Roberts acted the role of Scalia in helping to prepare for this case. Isn't it reasonable that the attorneys who were involved in the case asked the most conservative member of the firm to play this role? Am I wrong to think that this is a positive sign?

You make an excellent point. Roberts would be the best choice to play that role.

IMO, it isn't a positive nor negative sign on its own. What that information about being asked to play Scalia does is provide context, and a fuller picture of the circumstances IS good and tempers the one sided picture formerly being given.
