How scary is this crap...?

Way scary.

If one of these loons attains real power before the Chicoms melt down we are going to see MAD in reality.

This guy must be a student of Lyndon Johnson.

At 76 this old boy is having illusions of grandeur.

England, as an example, was able to realize "changing the working class to nobility" long ago because of the huge benefits from overseas colonies.

One of many nonsense statements. It is generally agreed that overseas colonies were with few exceptions a net financial loss to the home country. Colonies were acquired for other reasons than financial gain, although this interpretation is of course not acceptable to a Marxist.

One of the things that most don't consider... they don't think like us. I don't mean it in a racist way. I mean, if you are raised as a Marxist, and told how good communism is, and how bad democracy and capitalism is, you won't think like a westerner.
That's why I am amazed at how fast, and how completely we rush to transfer our manufacturing capacity to China.
American management is filled with synchophants who will follow any outlandish trend if they are promised to make an extra dollar. They create havoc, and when they are done wrecking a business, they take their golden parachute and move on to wreck another business.

Is this guy serious??  Does he even understand what he is saying?  If this is true, he is talking about an unprovoked nuclear attack on two nations!!

Guys like this, throwing out the nuclear option at the drop of a hat, are becoming more and more commonplace.  Someday, some nation will take it as a decaration of war and strike first.  You notice that leaders like Bush, Putin and Blair NEVER say these kinds of things?

Scary.

I hope our 5,000 warheads more placed in "responsive reserve force" can be easily re-assembled in less than 5 minutes with minimal efforts.

That way we have a very rapid buildup of warheads to send via airmail to our enemies pronto!!

Now I can see why the WWII and Korean fighting generations didn't trust these Chicoms and still don't, however many are left....Unfortunately, they are all disappearing and I think we are getting in deeper than we know.

If we failed to win the Taiwan Straits war, the results would be worse than those following the Sino-Japanese War. Therefore, there must be no war, or we will have to comprehensively destroy Japan and cripple the United States, and this could only be achieved with a nuclear war

Is this guy thinking they could pull this off and still remain with any semblance of a society left in China? Yes, they might have the capability to destroy Japan and cripple the United States but when the smoke cleared, China would be one big glass parking lot.

unfortunately, economic success in China has convinced the national socialists in power there to follow in one-goolie adolph's footsteps...

this kind of neurotic, racist thinking IMHO just shows you that the PRC is just not sophisticated enough to be a world power, just as the neurotic, racist thinking of hitler and the NAZI were not.

if a nation wants to grow through interaction with the rest of the world, they better learn to control their egos -- some things are more important than "saving face" and an easy-going nature goes a long way. it seems to me that taiwan is a perfect zen lesson for them. the US passed its exams: putting up with Cuba on its doorstep complete with yapping, bearded poodle, allowing north vietnam to win rather than to escalate to nukes just to save face. the russians passed their exams by allowing the USSR to dissolve rather than start another civil war, or a nuclear one to maintain a corrupt, disfunctional ideology. the UK passed its exam by letting India go its own way. france failed the test when they tried to keep algeria, and show they are *still* not ready for prime time in their lame attempts at making france more relevant in the world...

seems to me that if you have to 'show' the world that you are a world power, you really aren't one. power is self-evident and its is even rude to rub it in too much. the business of walking softly & carrying a big stick...

perhaps this clown should relabel his talk: 'Nuclear War: On the Chinese Road to Self Fullfilling Prophecy and Destruction'.

Nothing but polemics. Any semblance of rationality disappears when the troops line up in perfect lines and march off to the cheers of the villagers. When the troops disappear over the next hill never to return they are remembered by their grieving parents and perplexed siblings.

Although China won the war [with Japan]....

Geez, not even a nod to Ol' Uncle Sam. I don't recall the surrender ceremony taking place on a Chinese warship.
