The CCP’s Last-ditch Gamble: Biological and Nuclear War (Part 2 of an earlier post)
Epoch Times ^ | Aug. 5, 2005 | San Renxing

As The Epoch Times’ Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party spreads ever wider in China, the truth it speaks is awakening Chinese people to the true nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and inspiring them to cancel their Party memberships. With the number of people quitting the Party growing rapidly by the day, the Communist Party sees that the end is near.

In a show of strength to save itself from demise, the CCP has brought out a sinister plan that it has been preparing for years, a last-ditch gamble to extend its life. This plan is laid out in two speeches written by Chi Haotian, Minster of Defense and vice-chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, and posted on the Internet. The background surrounding the speeches is still shrouded in mystery. The titles of the two speeches are “War Is Approaching Us” [1] and “War Is Not Far from Us and Is the Midwife of the Chinese Century.” The two, judging from their similar contexts and consistent theme, are indeed sister articles.

These speeches describe in a comprehensive, systematic, and detailed way the CCP’s nearly 20 years of fear and helplessness over its doomed fate, and its desperate fight to extend its life. In particular, the speeches lay uncharacteristically bare what is really on the CCP’s mind and hide nothing from the public—a rare confession from the CCP that can help people understand its evil nature. If one truly understands what is said in this confession, one will immediately catch on to the CCP’s way of thinking.

In short, the speeches are worth reading, and I would like to comment on them.

I. A Gangster Gambles with the World as His Stake, and the Lives of People in this Global Village Become Worthless

What, then, is the gist of this wild, last-ditch gamble? To put it in a few words: A cornered beast is fighting desperately to survive in a battle with humanity. If you don’t believe me, read some passages directly from the speeches.

1) “We must prepare ourselves for two scenarios. If our biological weapons succeed in the surprise attack [on the US], the Chinese people will be able to keep their losses at a minimum in the fight against the U.S. If, however, the attack fails and triggers a nuclear retaliation from the U.S., China would perhaps suffer a catastrophe in which more than half of its population would perish. That is why we need to be ready with air defense systems for our big and medium-sized cities. Whatever the case may be, we can only move forward fearlessly for the sake of our Party and state and our nation’s future, regardless of the hardships we have to face and the sacrifices we have to make. The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone!”

2) “In any event, we, the CCP, will never step down from the stage of history! We’d rather have the whole world, or even the entire globe, share life and death with us than step down from the stage of history!!! Isn’t there a ‘nuclear bondage’ theory? It means that since the nuclear weapons have bound the security of the entire world, all will die together if death is inevitable. In my view, there is another kind of bondage, and that is, the fate our Party is tied up with that of the whole world. If we, the CCP, are finished, China will be finished, and the world will be finished.”

3) “It is indeed brutal to kill one or two hundred million Americans. But that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century, a century in which the CCP leads the world. We, as revolutionary humanitarians, do not want deaths. But if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we’d have to pick the latter, as, for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of our Party. That is because, after all, we are Chinese and members of the CCP. Since the day we joined the CCP, the Party’s life has always been above all else!”

Since the Party’s life is “above all else,” it would not be surprising if the CCP resorts to the use of biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons in its attempt to extend its life. The CCP, which disregards human life, would not hesitate to kill two hundred million Americans, along with seven or eight hundred million Chinese, to achieve its ends. These speeches let the public see the CCP for what it really is. With evil filling its every cell the CCP intends to wage a war against humankind in its desperate attempt to cling to life. That is the main theme of the speeches.

This theme is murderous and utterly evil. In China we have seen beggars who coerced people to give them money by threatening to stab themselves with knives or pierce their throats with long nails. But we have never, until now, seen such a gangster who would use biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons to threaten the world, that they will die together with him. This bloody confession has confirmed the CCP’s nature: That of a monstrous murderer who has killed 80 million Chinese people and who now plans to hold one billion people hostage and gamble with their lives.

The CCP is known to be a clique, with non-transparent ways of operating. It is thus extraordinary that it chose to reveal, of its own accord, its deepest secrets. One might ask: What is the CCP’s purpose to make public this insane plan? The answer is that the speeches can have the effect of killing three birds with one stone, so to speak. Its intentions are the following:

1) To express the CCP’s resolve that it “not be buried by either heaven or earth” (a direct quote from one of the speeches). Isn’t the CCP a force that goes against the universe, if it claims that it cannot to be buried by heaven or earth?

2) Facing the truth of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, to quickly change its weak image.

3) To raise public awareness of its battle with humankind by threatening war and encouraging violence.

So, strictly speaking, the CCP is leaking this information more to clutch at straws than anything else, so as to save its own life, as opposed to testing the waters of public opinion.

Of course, the way the speeches were presented had been carefully prepared. They did not have the usual introductions and conclusions, and the audience, time, place, and background related to the speeches were all kept unidentified. We can speculate on the whereabouts of where the speeches were presented, but can’t verify anything. Their aim was obviously to create a mysterious setting. In short, the speeches appeared in a way that makes it difficult to tell whether they are true or not.

II. Did the Speeches Come from the CCP?

These speeches far exceed the imagination of any normal person. Unable to believe in the existence of such wickedness in the human world, no matter how they stretch their imagination, people would rather think that the speeches can’t be true or are not to be believed. At the very least, denying the speeches gives may give people a sense of security. One of my friends sent me a book written by someone serving at the pleasure of the CCP. His book was entitled “Discussing the Peaceful Rise [of China]”. In an attached note my friend wrote in a conversational tone, “This book truly represents the mainstream thinking of the CCP today!”

So we have no choice but to seriously answer the question as to whether the speeches are authentic, whether they represent the CCP’s mainstream thinking, its intentions, and its wild, last-ditch gamble. Otherwise, in the rosy imaginations of kind-hearted people, the CCP would be like a gas lamp that will burn out gradually and quietly, without adding trouble to mankind or bringing disaster to the world. If that will be the case, the world and its people are really in luck!

Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong, in referring to the CCP and its wicked affiliates, concludes, “It is bad, it is venomous and it is wicked. If you ask it not to poison others, it, like a poison, can’t.” Can that observation be just a casual statement? The Nine Commentaries categorizes the CCP as a force that goes against the universe, an evil cult, and a gangster. Can that just be poking fun?

On the other hand, if the CCP can be unequivocally confirmed to be the origin of the speeches, which indeed represent the CCP’s mainstream thinking, that answer will sound a warning to people all over the world. To put it more precisely, an affirmation of the speeches as authentic amounts to incriminating the CCP by asking it to show its evilness and testify as to the veracity of the Nine Commentaries, in its capacity as a force against humanity.

There are indeed quite a number of Chinese who, like the first victims of Stockholm Syndrome who wholeheartedly defended their abductors, listen to nothing but the lies from the CCP. They only feel safe when they are controlled and manipulated by the evil regime. In referring to the CCP’s so-called “peaceful rise,” they would say: At least, it’s not a rise through war!

Are there any good methods to change the minds of those who don’t believe that an aggressive dog will eventually attack people? A destructive experiment, such as urging the dog to attack and create a gruesome scene, is certainly not one of them. Such an experiment would amount to good people, failing to persuade others to do good, then urging wicked people to do evil.

Is the CCP really not as bad as what the Nine Commentaries describes? Has it really changed from being evil into being good? A liar exposing his own lies – that is a true antidote to those lies.

III. The Regime Is Not Interested in Taiwan; the Taiwan Debate Is but a Last-ditch Effort to Escape the CCP’s Predicament

Based on the reasons above, I will focus on verifying the authenticity of the speech.

Looking at the speech in isolation, the words and logic both reflect deep understanding of the “Party culture” represented by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. Also mixed in are the fascist teachings of He Xin, a new favorite of the CCP’s.

For example, the speech cited Mao’s ideas of leading the allies to victory, “When they benefit from alliance with you, they will support you,” to defend the “Three Represents.” proposed by Jiang Zemin. This is a very faithful interpretation stemming from the unscrupulous culture of the CCP.

The speech also says, “The population, even if more than half dies, can be reproduced. But if the Party falls, everything is gone, and forever gone!” This is almost identical to Mao’s theory on nuclear war, where he suggested killing half of the Chinese people and leaving the other 300 million to build communism. The only difference is that during the Mao era, the CCP didn’t sense the urgency of a looming end to their regime.

Some people might think that we can’t establish the authenticity of the speech just because Mao said something similar. Coincidently, at this critical time in history, Professor Zhu Chenghu of the National Defense University jumped out and announced to the world very loudly that if the Untied States got involved in a war between Taiwan and Mainland China, China would be the first to use nuclear weapons and wipe out hundreds of cities in the United States, even at the cost of losing every city east of Xi’An. In an unpublished speech by Professor Zhu, he also revealed that the CCP will store enough nuclear weapons to destroy half of the human race. Just about everyone is afraid of death, and hopes others die instead of themselves. Fortunately for high-level CCP officials, nuclear-weapon-proof structures have been built in western China and are ready to be used as soon as the CCP plans to initiate a nuclear attack.

How lovable Professor Zhu is! Despite most people’s unrealistic fantasies about the CCP, he showed what the CCP is really about and authenticated Chi Haotian’s speech. Zhu taught every citizen of the world to be cautious and not to forget that the bloodthirsty monster is grinding its teeth. He taught politicians and businessmen in Western countries not to forget their conscience in the face of self interest, and not to infuse blood into the beast in exchange for the grains of gold between the beast’s teeth. Zhu also reminded every citizen of the world of the following:

1) A low-ranking general would not say such arrogant things without the implicit approval of the CCP’s “board of directors”;

2) While Zhu mentions things like “razing [cities] to the ground,” the speeches by Chi Haotian say “cripple the United States” and “clear the stage of the United States,” all of these phrases mean the same thing. Before, you could say the speech was made behind closed doors, and was only available on the Internet. Therefore, it could not be used as evidence. Now, however, the military has jumped to the front stage and spoken in broad daylight. Ironically, it exposed its own lies, such as those of China’s “peaceful rise” and “representing the people’s interest.”

3) Razing all cities east of Xi’An and hundreds of cities in the United States into a wasteland and killing about one billion people using nuclear weapons are consistent with the principle expressed in the speech that the Party’s existence is the most important. In terms of brutality and insanity, the two statements are inherently similar.

4) Why reunite with Taiwan if the price is eliminating everything east of Xi’An? It is apparent that reuniting with Taiwan is only an excuse. The evil specter of the CCP is not interested in Taiwan itself; the Taiwan debate is but a last-ditch effort to escape the CCP’s predicament. The deaths of one billion people are to be used as medicine to extend the life of the evil specter, which is at the end of its rope.

Zhu’s anxiety is self-evident. It fully demonstrates that the CCP knows it is at its wit’s end and could collapse any day now. Zhu’s speech is a signal of the intensification of its war against the human race and should not be neglected. Taiwan is but a backup trigger in the hands of the CCP in its final war against the human race. This is the true purpose for the CCP in passing its “anti-secession law” in which it declared that it would go to war with Taiwan if Taiwan declared independence.

In the history of the human race, from Nero to Hitler, from Mussolini to Hideki Tojo, no one but the CCP has dared to say anything so wild and arrogant.

IV. Morality Can Best Dispel the Cancerous Tumor

In my opinion, isolating and analyzing the speech is easy but hardly convincing. The best way to look at it is to put the speech in the context of the world stage and its deeply significant relationships. It would be easy to tell the authenticity of the speech by looking at the world situation, the brutal nature of the CCP, the crises it is in, and the strategy it uses to address the crises.

What is the situation in the world stage, then? Actually, for the CCP, things have come to a life-and-death, historical moment.

A proverb goes, “The outsiders look for the loudest clatter, but the insiders know the real skills.” It’s not that the United States doesn’t know who is the true source of disasters in this world and who is the undisputed axis of evil. Who is the forerunner and consistent sponsor of terrorism? Who is spreading nuclear weapons to North Korea, Iran, and Libya through Pakistan? Who is instigating Kim Jong-Il, Osama Bin Laden, and Saddam Hussein on the front stage, so that it can win time to research and develop weapons of mass destruction (especially biological weapons) behind the curtain?

Through the war against terror, Bush has learned that the key to defeating the CCP is not military confrontation but promotion of the concept of freedom. While completing the adjustment in his focus in global military strategy, he declared the importance of freedom in the 21st century: the United States understands its national safety is closely related to the success of democracy around the world. World peace depends on the progress of freedom around the world. His 17-minute second inaugural speech used the word “freedom” 27 times. The bell of history has tolled to completely bury all dictatorships, and to push forward a magnificent wave of democracy in the world. The Velvet Revolution is being echoed around the world by other movements including the Purple Revolution in Iraq, the Rose Revolution in Georgia, the Orange Revolution in Ukraine, the Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan, and the Cedar Revolution in Lebanon.

Liu Yazhou, a sharp and well-known child of high-ranking CCP officials, exclaimed in astonishment: The United States’ anti-terrorism efforts in Afghanistan are not what is most frightening for China; what is most frightening is the wave of democracy around China. However, the CCP’s greatest fear is not democracy but the deep, inescapable crisis it has fallen into.

We are helpless to stop petals falling off a dying flower. Eighty years of beautiful imaginations turn out to be but a daydream. Eighty years of a so-called revolutionary course turns out to be killing and accumulating retribution. Eighty years of fabricated, glorious history of the CCP turns out to be notes for the prosecution in the court of justice.

The Party is reaping what it sowed. Heaven is wide and all encompassing, and does not have omissions.

The time to reap its evil fruit has arrived.

The CCP’s greatest crisis is caused by its challenge to morality. It uses the most vicious means in history, including using national resources to conduct gang activities and killing Liu Chunling on Tiananmen Square [2], in order to instigate hatred against morality among the people.

Please be reminded of one important fact: Tyrants throughout history, at the very worst, did evil deeds that corrupted morality and the social order. Only the CCP intentionally targets morality and tries to eliminate it, resulting in the crisis of morality the CCP is facing today. Therefore, from its inception, the CCP was doomed to end up in complete failure.

Thanks to the Nine Commentaries, which have awakened people’s morality and conscience and have fundamentally broken through the CCP’s culture against humanity and morality, the evilness and absurdness of the CCP are now exposed to the light of day. Corresponding to the wave of democracy that has surrounded the CCP from the outside, the upsurge of withdrawals from the CCP is crumbling the CCP from the inside. Instead of using an operation to cut off the tumor, it would be better to use morality to disintegrate the core of this malignant tumor. It allows the swollen and most infected cancer cells to be restored and revived, what would be the least harmful and most effective method.

V. Selling Its Own Ancestors’ Land, then Going Insane

Facing the significant changes in the situation on the world stage, the reader can put oneself in the CCP’s shoes: What is the future for the CCP in such a deep crisis?

To summarize it succinctly, the CCP has no escape, having on its way forward a dead end and its way backward blocked. If the way forward here refers to communism, which the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe have already buried, then the way backward, the path to democracy, was buried by the CCP itself through the massacre in Tiananmen Square.

The communist party in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe disintegrated in a short time—this was undoubtedly a deadly blow for Deng Xiaoping, who considered himself an orthodox communist. Deng appeared calm on the surface, but was extremely scared inside. Deng busied his whole life for communism but started to wake up to reality before his death. For him and for his clique, who ordered the military killings in Tiananmen Square in 1989, what truly worried them was not whether their cause would succeed (as it had already failed), but rather whether the CCP government would collapse. Once the CCP collapses, they will become criminals for generations to come. The CCP’s fate and blood debt have become this clique’s own fate and blood debt!

After the June 4 massacre, Deng Xiaoping made statements like “no more arguments,” “development is a hard truth,” and “I am the son of the people.” After making these nonsensical but gentle and pleasing statements, he shut his mouth and started to design the CCP’s wild, last-ditch gamble, which is what a beast does when it is cornered and fighting for survival. Before letting his life end and descending to meet Marx, Deng did three things:

1) Make friends with China’s neighbors for the sake of fighting a decisive battle with the United States.

To achieve his goals, Deng did not hesitate to offer to sell China’s territory to Russia. Now, authorized by Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, China has given to Russia land in northern China the size of nearly 50 Taiwans. People are puzzled: Is the CCP mad in selling out China like this? This absurd event has its unspoken reasons behind it. On the surface the CCP looks like a gambler who goes insane after having lost everything, but there are secrets behind these actions.

In today’s world, what reasons have led to the CCP’s selling out its ancestors’ land so decisively and so generously? No matter what, if it were not for a desperate gamble for matters of life and death, how could the CCP bet with such a sky-high price? To attack one Taiwan, does the CCP have to pay with 50 Taiwans?

That apparently is not the case. There is only one thing that can balance the weight of 50 Taiwans on the other side of the scale: the CCP’s survival. The CCP thought that if it could solve the problem posed by the United States, it could become the king of the world immediately, and worries outside and troubles inside would all disappear. But to battle with the United States is not a board game or a spirited dinner party. First, the reality is, the most undesirable situation is being attacked from both the front and the back. It would be terrible to have Russia attack from behind in the middle of a frontal battle. Thus, it became necessary and essential to spend a fortune to buy off Russia. If not for this, how can one explain why the CCP sells the country and its land in such a hurry, instead of spending time arranging its funeral at this moment of terminal illness?

Furthermore, looked at from the perspective of the CCP, its wishful plan was to gain the entire world by giving away 50 Taiwans.

2) Develop biological weapons of mass destruction

Since the 1990s, the CCP invested the country’s resources for over ten years in developing biological weapons, and it is believed that the CCP has these weapons. The speeches refer to “using non-destructive weapons of mass killing” to “clear the stage of the United States.” These are not merely empty words of threat. Recently, the special-task police and the radical youth claimed on the Internet to “clean out Taiwan” or “want that place called Taiwan.” which means to kill the people of Taiwan to empty the place out. It is not totally groundless.

Those kind people who forget about the CCP’s history often cannot believe the fact that the CCP is daring enough to develop and produce modern weapons of mass destruction in violation of international treaties and basic human principles. But do not forget how Tiananmen Square was cleared in 1989. On what is viewed as a democratic holy land, the CCP carefully planned an efficient operation of killing, using explosive bullets to shoot, gasoline to burn dead bodies, and jet planes to transport the ashes. It evaporated those elites of the Chinese nation without a trace. But afterwards, it solemnly declared that no student had died on Tiananmen Square, except for 23 soldiers. Where is the CCP’s moral bottom line?

Moreover, if a gang leader like Bin Laden could challenge the United States on its own soil by destroying the World Trade Center, how can we treat too casually the terrorism of a state that has control over nuclear and biological weapons? Not to mention more serious assaults, it would only take a few days for the CCP to spread colorless and transparent biological poisons using civilian airlines, and it would cause enough damage with definite impact.

In other words, in dealing with ruffians, how can the world’s people be careless and lack vigilance?

3) Build a special power structure for the terminal period

Learning lessons from the collapse of the communist system under Gorbachev, the CCP adopted the style of using a military clique to control the center stage behind the 1989 Tiananmen Massacre. It has become a norm for guns to lead the Party. This clique has absolute power to handle important military and state affairs, such as the removal of Zhao Ziyang, but it normally does not interfere with daily operations. If the front stage is occupied by the Central Committee, then the clique that operated from the backstage, which includes Deng Xiaoping, Liu Huaqing, Chi Haotian and the successors, represents the CCP’s real executive director, its spirit, interest, and life. This unique power structure, in effect, added one additional layer of insurance for the CCP. The “board of directors” has included carefully selected people of various kinds, including the royal party Zeng Qinghong, and die-hard followers such as Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, who do not worry about using blood to stain their posts, as well as those corrupt intellectuals who specialize in flattery and scheming.

VI. Compared with the Evil CCP Spirit, the Evil Nazi Spirit is Just Kid’s Stuff

Any one that is allowed to become a member of the CCP’s board of directors must be extremely loyal to the Party. For example, even though high-level military official Yang Shangkun’s [3] family had been very close to Deng Xiaoping, he lost trust because the Yangs were insufficiently “hard-line” in their views on the 1989 Tiananmen Massacre. So from this perspective, it is clear that people who still cherish illusions about the CCP and Hu Jintao do not genuinely understand the CCP’s true nature and the inner workings of its authoritarian structure as it heads toward its demise.

Because Jiang Zemin fit the CCP’s inclination for violent action so well, the CCP’s board of directors favored him, ignoring his family’s traitorous background and tolerating his bizarre and dirty behavior. Clearly, Jiang was well aware of the CCP’s violent nature and intentionally launched the movement of “anti-peaceful evolution” after he took the post. Though Jiang appeared to irritate Deng, he actually catered to Deng’s greatest pleasures, making Deng comfortable enough to pass the crown to Jiang. Such behavior clearly illustrates the enormous deceit of which both men were capable. Though Jiang was scolded during Deng’s southern tour, that was merely a subterfuge.

Another question is: How could Jiang, given his background, have pursued the policy of persecuting Falun Gong when he did not have a majority in the CCP’s Central Standing Committee? This was because most of the Committee’s concerns were limited to politics, while Jiang and the board of directors were concerned with the deeper levels of morality and the instinct for survival. Both the spirit of the CCP and Jiang’s soul felt the threat from the righteousness of Falun Gong and hence wanted to eradicate it.

The last ditch and wild gamble that the CCP has initiated in its final days began with Deng, who hid his ruthless character behind a gentle appearance, took shape in the hands of the scoundrel Jiang, and is now being implemented by the smiling murderer, Hu Jintao. Jiang undertook the task of implementing the gamble during times of crisis and did not let his predecessor down. He did two important things: first, he used all his strength to suppress morality, and second, he prepared the way for a decisive battle against humankind.

What the CCP has created through its suppression of morality is an unprecedented malignant cancer that has wrapped around the Eastern hemisphere, and as it swells, serves as an axis of evil, provides a base for terrorism and struggles with the foundation of humanity in the world. In that part of the world, mountains and rivers groan and human hearts have turned wicked. Even a 270 million year old rock in China split open [4] , revealing the words “The CCP will perish.”

Jiang secretly relied on the military clique and used He Xin and Wang Huning (who authored Jiang’s “Three Represents” theory) to work out plans and deliberately brainwash and poison all of China, thereby replacing healthy cells with malignant ones and spreading their cancer throughout the world. A brief summary of their plans follows.

1) Bypass all human moral restraints and international laws, and of establish a military theory of terrorism called “unrestricted warfare.” The CCP appears to provide counsel and support to poor and weak countries, but in fact encourages torturing and killing of the innocent. It praised suicide killing and labeled it with heroism. All of these echoed very well with the Chinese people’s thought that has been poisoned by the CCP’s culture. So as soon as Bin Laden successfully applied this theory to 9/11, he was praised all over China, the birthplace of the “unrestricted warfare” theory. Many Chinese people still could not end their hatred for George Bush and sympathy for Saddam Hussein after 9/11 happened.

2) Promote the necessity of war: “War Is Not Far from Us and Is the Midwife of the Chinese Century.”

Promote violence and terrorism as sacred acts: “The dead will provide the impetus to advance history.”

Promote aggression as reasonable: “Without a right to war, there would be no right to development.” “A country’s development threatens other countries; this is a general rule in world history.” “The only choice for China is to be under the modernization of the saber.”

Promote extensive colonization: “The national revival”; “Leading people to walk anywhere.” “Liberate low-status Asian-Americans”; and establish CCP controlled companies in America.

With statements such as these the speeches clamor against any ethical restraint, holding that the cruel succeed and the benevolent lose, that national interest is paramount and leaves no room for morality. They publicize a philosophy of asking for good yet doing evil, working for the opposite of what is stated, which means that the end justifies the means. They employ the literature of the warring states period, making a hero out of the first Emperor of the Qin Dynasty (221-206 BC), claiming the tyrant had no choice but to murder wantonly in order to unify China. Meanwhile, they promote discussion of Chinese superiority, such as how it was the Asians who first discovered America and expanded civilization. They say that war is inevitable due to population pressure and the need for increasing a country’s habitable area. In summary, they raise the Chinese flag high while calling on Hitler’s racism so as to prepare public opinion for communism-fascism.

3) Write the Three Represents into the Party Constitution. This was inserted in Jiang’s report at the 16th Party Congress on Nov. 8, 2002 as the great objective of national revival. The new Party Constitution stipulated the CCP as China’s vanguard. In a word, the CCP turned from exporting revolution into exporting war. It developed Marxism-Leninism and turned it into Nazism.

Who said the CCP is in a blind alley with the road blocked and no way out? This wounded, sick and tired beast was in danger, but as it faded away with barely any hope left, it finally found a straw to clutch onto. It realized that communism is only one step away from Nazism!

Therefore, the speeches thoroughly summarize the lessons learned from the economic booms and destructions of Germany, Japan and other fascist regimes. They point out that the CCP must take the course of fascism, because it is well-suited to the situation with which the CCP is now dealing: difficulties both at home and abroad with no way out of a fatal situation. If we take a look at various countries in today’s world, needless to say countries such as America, England, Australia and Europe, even the former Axis Powers of Germany, Japan, Italy, as well as Russia that once was under the control of the evil Communist Party, which of these has the desire of moving towards fascism? The answer is none. (Even saying that the existing space is insufficient for the population is a blatant lie, since the population density per sq. km. is 733 for Taiwan, 325 for Japan and only 135 for China!)

One section is a speech given by Jiang that compares the strengths and weaknesses of the CCP with those of the Nazis. From the tone of the speech, it is not hard to imagine the state of insanity of a man who would take shame as honor.

“However, when Germany and China are compared, Germany’s problems appear trifling. How large is Germany’s population? How vast is their country and how long is their history? Their weak flame was extinguished after little more than a decade, whereas ours has been burning for over 80 years and is still bright. We proposed the theory of ‘The Shifting of the Center of Civilization,’ which is certainly more profound than Hitler’s ‘King of the Earth Theory.’”

When compared with the CCP’s evil specter, the Nazis were but child’s play!

VII. Listen Carefully to the Death Melody, Hidden in the Music is the Strong Desire to Kill

After Hu Jintao obtained the two positions of General Secretary of the CCP and President of China, Jiang Zemin was very reluctant to hand over his two positions on the military committee. It was definitely not due to the petty tricks of Vice President Zeng Qinghong and the sudden attack by Military Commission Vice President Zhang Wannian, as stated in rumors, to ask Jiang to stay at the post. The basic reason was that the board of directors was not comfortable with Hu’s restrained attitude towards the Falun Gong issue. The board also wanted to examine whether or not Hu would loyally carry out the plan of a last-ditch gamble to extend the CCP’s life that began under Deng and matured during Jiang’s regime.

It was not until July 31, 2004 that the board of directors changed their attitude and publicly declared that Hu was the center of the CCP. Hu’s loyalty must have been sufficient. Sure enough, on November 24, 2004, Hu hosted a Political Bureau study meeting. The meeting, whose ostensible purpose was the invitation of Nanjing University’s Professor Qian Chengdan to speak on the rise and fall of great powers, was actually a transition to the plan of a last-ditch gamble to extend the life of the Party and a demonstration of Hu’s loyalty to the flag of fascism.

We should know that it is meaningless for the CCP to discuss the rise and fall of great nations. The only model among the three models that great nations have followed that continues to survive and prosper is the capitalist model of economic freedom. Will the CCP dare to take this path?! Given that the other two models are the communist and Nazi ones, how could it continue on one of these paths? Currently, after the efforts of Jiang Zemin and He Xin, the dead-end of Nazism has become the CCP’s “Great Golden Road.” We can conclude from this that the subject repeatedly expounded in the speeches—“the road from communism to Nazism”—is what the CCP is excited about. At this critical moment of life and death, the CCP has absolutely no time to invite a teacher for a random chat. The only reasonable explanation is that Qian Chengdan’s speech on the rise and fall of great nations was a splendid show and a background prelude of historical knowledge (it is said that even the outline of Qian’s lecture was provided by He Xin). As soon as Qian Chengdan left the stage, the “Wild Rhapsody of Doom” began its frantic tune!

Whether he is sincerely loyal or not, Hu Jintao let himself be put on the “Fire Dragon Express” to follow the rhythm of the CCP board of directors step by step. For example, Hu will have to reject political reform, to learn politically from North Korea, to tighten control of speech and ideology, to propagate atheism even more strongly, to continue suppressing Falun Gong, to finalize traitorous treaties, to formally nominate the March of the Volunteers as the national anthem when the regime’s 50th anniversary arrives, to pass the “Anti-Secession Law,” to invade the Sea of Japan with military force, to test fire long-range missiles from submarines, to build up military capabilities even without exterior threats, to increase China’s military budget and expand her military forces, to dispatch military forces to be involved in local governments, to increase the salary for the army, and especially to change military strategy from hiding military strength to declaring nuclear war, and so on.

We provide two examples to show how the nation’s spirit is moving towards fascism and the CCP’s promotion and implementation of its wild, last-ditch gamble:

1) Between February 2004 and March 2004, the CCP ordered sina.com to conduct a large-scale Internet poll. Among more than 30,000 young people, 82.6 percent answered “Yes” to the question regarding whether to shoot at women and children or not! In China, it was discovered that there are so many potential young fascists, even more than what the CCP expected. Whenever international terrorists set off suicide bombs, the giant tumor in the East receives a giant blood infusion. No wonder the CCP is so happy and confident about its frenzied gambling.

As a side note, who would make such an internet poll during peacetime? The reasonable explanation is given in Chi Haotian’s speeches: The need comes from the board of directors to carry out its wild gamble.

2) Zhu Chenghu, the president and professor at the University of National Defense is insane, inhuman, ignorant, and knows nothing about righteousness in the human world. How could we expect the CCP’s national defense education system to train anyone in how to be good? How could we expect the CCP to do anything decent?

In summary, the purpose of my writing this long article is to explain the CCP’s nature, its perilous situation, and its wild, last-ditch gamble so as to send a warning to the kind-hearted people of the world, especially the Chinese people. From the four major movements of the Death Symphony of the CCP’s 50-year reign—Mao’s Evil Deeds, Deng’s Frustrations, Jiang’s Terminal Illness, and Hu’s Death-like State, it is easy to see that, in the last three movements, what was hidden and has gradually become explicit is a consistent melody of killing.

VIII. In the World the Righteous and the Evil Are Made Clear

Unfortunately, when the most brash and vicious note in the Death Symphony (CCP Major-General Zhu Chenghu’s speech) came out, the Chinese media still acted as a protector of evil. Even the Phoenix channel in Hong Kong immediately began its commentary that the existence of a democratic Taiwan is an obstacle to the rise of the CCP. This statement is actually a copy of the speech given by General Wen Zongren, the Chairman of the Political Committee of China’s Military Science Institute, which was nothing but: “In order for China to rise, China must abandon its commitment to keep the current situation in the Taiwan Strait and have a decisive battle with the United States.” More Chinese people were enthusiastic about the theory of rising by having war against democracy. They thought it had greatly upgraded “the dignity of the Chinese nation.” Zhu Chenghu, the Bin Laden of China, was also regarded as a national hero. What a sad situation!

Hereby I must seriously and solemnly warn the Chinese nation, which has been made cancerous by the CCP. Any nation with reversed values of right and wrong, righteousness and evil, any nation who summons evil, will be a nation that faces great and imminent disaster and destruction. We remember clearly during World War II when the German and Japanese people, including the elderly, women and children, celebrated fascist victories day and night. How long did it take before the elderly hobbled to the funerals of their young? No doubt, if the Chinese nation, kidnapped by the CCP, goes even further than the Germans and Japanese, her ending will be even more pitiful than their ending! At this critical time of the nation’s life or death, each Chinese person has a responsibility regarding this urgent matter. Abandon the CCP and dissolve this cancer from our world.

Man’s historical development clearly indicates that: When one’s mind is not righteous, one will be taken advantage of by a demon. It is an absolute truth. It is the degeneration of morality, especially humankind’s betrayal of gods, that formed the communist demon. Therefore, to kill the demon, save the world, and cure the nation, we should start with rectification of the human mind.

Man’s historical development clearly reveals: The founder of Falun Gong, leading his hundred million disciples and courageously facing extreme hardships, made a grand attempt to rectify human morality with the Buddha Law in China and abroad. The Buddha school believes in righteous thoughts, Confucianism believes in a healthy atmosphere, and Christianity believes in justice. The above three schools are all based on righteous thoughts. Righteous thoughts create a healthy atmosphere within and express themselves outwardly as justice. The great power of the Nine Commentaries lies in the stimulation and promotion of righteous thoughts in the Chinese people. When righteous thoughts arise, the evil spell will dissolve, the demonic control will lose its effect, and the CCP will collapse.

Even politicians who are deeply encased in the tumor can avoid the fate of being destroyed as long as they choose to follow what is good. However, the difficulty in choosing and following what is good is to be able to distinguish righteousness from viciousness. When people are jammed into a sealed can, it is not enough (or fair) simply to criticize that they can’t tell black from white! When people have lost their clarity by taking the CCP’s LSD, it is not sufficient to simply blame them for associating with evil! This is why the Teacher of Falun Gong continues rotating the wheel and guiding his disciples to persuade people to be good.

Based on the my experience in encouraging people to do good, establishing a standard for judging good and evil is quite beneficial for rational people. In fact, our ancestors have, from ancient times, set the highest code of morality and justice for the descendents of China. The highest moral code encompasses the Chinese saying “Exterminating the tyrant is the most righteous act over time.” Any wicked political power that slaughters its own people will be labeled as the primal evil, and lose its fundamental legitimacy to rule. This highest moral code transcends time and space and withstands history’s test.

1) Sovereignty lies with the people; this principle applies both to the past, present and future. Mencius said, “The people are the most important element in a nation; the spirits of the land and grain are the next; the sovereign is the least.” Western societies talk about natural rights. Dr. Sun Yat-sen [5] constantly captured the dream of a republic with his Three Principles of the People. George Bush made his important declaration of freedom for the 21st century. They all imply the same thought, “Exterminating the tyrant is the most righteous act over time.”

2) Human rights are above all. Without natural rights, all noble and beautiful words such as nation, sovereignty, unification, nationality, politics and law are merely like Holy music and seasoning at a banquet of human flesh, or the mask and props of a tyrant.

3) Fundamentally speaking, a nation favored by God will inevitably be a blissful nation with high morality. On the contrary, a nation that abandons God will inevitably be a nation that disobeys the will of Heaven, loses the restraint of Law in people’s hearts and cannot sustain morality. Hence it looses its basis for existence. The will of Heaven is benevolent and life is priceless. Killing innocent lives is a crime committed against the creator of life. According to this, judgment of good and evil can be quickly rendered:

1) At present, whoever lifts the flag of freedom and democracy high represents justice on earth, and the entire world should give him support. Reviewing modern world history, it is not difficult for someone with no political prejudice, and not being ungrateful or spiritually depraved to draw a fair conclusion: The United States, which was founded on Christian ideals, is a tower of strength for maintaining world morality and justice. Without the sacrifice and perseverance of the American people, the disaster brought on by the Nazis and communism would have ulcerated the whole world, and demons would have run rampant. It is not difficult to imagine if the CCP could have its way, fulfill its dream of destroying the U.S. and Canada, making Europe and Japan bow before it, and control the world, where would human morality and justice be? Would the earth still be humanly habitable?

Therefore, we can draw a conclusion: Fighting the U.S. is fighting humankind.

2) Whoever loses morality and slaughters people as if they were meat or fish on a cutting board is the supreme evil in the human world. The primary evil is not worthy of associating with anything good. Regardless of what beautiful words it uses, whether country, sovereignty, unification, nationality, politics or law; these words are all merely a cloak for evil.

3) People who do not spurn the CCP morally including those who dislike the CCP, and have not had the mark of the CCP beast removed, will definitely find disfavor with God, and their lives are at risk. Those who dance with the wolf and help a tyrant to do evil, regardless of under what lofty name they are advocating and working hard for the CCP’s frenzied gamble during its last days, including the policymakers and executors for the CCP’s governing system, from scientists to the media, from police officers to soldiers, to those who developed biological and nuclear weapons, missiles, and the golden shield internet censorship project, these cannot escape justice in their lifetimes or after death. In the afterlife they will cease to exist, and be labeled as eternal criminals in heaven and on earth.

In the face of the highest moral code, it is clear at a glance what kind of people have abandoned Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s grand ideology of a republic and boldly united with the CCP to oppose Taiwan under the threat of nuclear weapons. A political party with its republican spirit stripped off is just political refuse that is spurned by people from both mainland China and Taiwan, no matter how splendid it has been in the past. On the other hand, President Chen Shui-bian defied the CCP by calling for independence. Though his methods were inappropriate, he didn’t make a great mistake. He was just copying the late sages Cai Er [6] and Li Shuoxun [7] to defend the republic. Now he has taken the hint, shouldering the responsibility of protecting Taiwan on the one hand, while upholding human morality and justice on the other hand. The CCP truly cannot compete with him.

Mr. Chen Yonglin and the other righteous men that defected from the CCP will go down in history. They are truly great patriotic men, and have paved a glorious future for themselves. On the contrary, those who cave in and fester in this immoral mire for too long may develop this cancer. They don’t blame the abscess for conspiring to kill and to rob, instead they regard those who risk their lives fighting against the abscess to save others as interfering with politics. Aren’t they falling victim to their own cleverness, comatose as it were, losing hope for their lives and future?

IX. A Tao has a Foot for a Demon’s Every Inch

I end this article using the highest moral code to encourage good and save people. I firmly believe that a Tao has a foot for a demon’s every inch. Despite the CCP’s intention and desire to fight humankind, it does not have the mandate of heaven to achieve it. In the end, the CCP will scheme to no avail.

However, the fewer evil die-hards who perish with the CCP’s evil specter, the better. It would be even better if President Hu Jintao, who was embarrassed and frustrated with French MPs’ protests when he visited France, and Premier Wen Jiabao, who often cries in front of toiling masses, would not be one of them. However, at this critical moment in the CCP’s battle against humankind, just feeling embarrassed or shedding tears as a testimony of conscience is far from enough. Those who have been entangled in the horrifying evil war machinery of the CCP, if you cannot conform to heaven’s and the people’s wishes, awaken your conscience and make the decision between life and death with great courage and wisdom, you will be unable to take even a single step away from the CCP in the end. Those of you who know the CCP so intimately, even if you choose to stand by and let it cause this great catastrophe to humankind, you will not be able to shirk your responsibility and claim innocence. If you hold the idea of trusting luck and remain obsessed and determined to gamble with the CCP, you will surely be utterly discredited and mocked by the whole world. Do not say you have not been warned!

My hope is that all people directly or indirectly connected with the CCP’s wild gamble in its last days do not forget the fate of those who were sentenced to hanging by the Nuremberg court. From this you can see a simple truth.

The Tao has a foot for a demon’s every inch!

It was also posted with title “China, Do You Still Have Ten Years’ Peacetime?” Chi Haotian held office into 2004, which means that “The War Is Approaching Us” was published while he was still a high-ranking P.R.C. official. “The War Is Not Far from Us and Is the Midwife of the Chinese Century” was posted on February 15, 2005 to www.peacehall.com.

Both speeches were published on www.boxun.com. on April 23, 2005. [Back to document]

[2] On January 23, 2001 the Chinese government staged an incident of self-immolation on Tiananmen Square that China’s state-run media immediately claimed had been the work of Falun Gong practitioners. One of those involved in the incident, Ms. Liu Chunling of Kaifeng China, was killed on the square by a blow to her head delivered by a plainclothes policeman. A report in the Washington Post revealed Ms. Liu had never been known to practice Falun Gong. An analysis of the very propaganda film the government made about this incident revealed numerous facts that support the conclusion the government staged this incident. Nonetheless, the government media reported on this incident incessantly in order to turn the people of China against Falun Gong. [Back to document]

[5] Sun Yat-sen (November 12, 1866 – March 12, 1925) was a Chinese revolutionary leader and statesman who is considered by many to be the "Father of Modern China." He had a significant influence in the overthrow of the Qing Dynasty and establishment of the Republic of China. A founder of the Kuomintang, Sun was the first provisional president of the Republic of China in 1912 and de facto leader from 1923 to 1925. [Back to document]

[6] General Cai Er (1882-1916), a legendary figure. Cai Er had been a supporter of Yuan Shikai. In 1914, he gave up military power in Yunnan and came to Beijing, helping Yuan to deal with the military affairs. He hoped to reorganize the army. But Yuan was active in carrying out his plan to establish a monarchy. That shocked and awakened Cai. Cai Er suddenly disappeared from Beijing. He shook off Yuan’s surveillance and secretly returned to Kunming via Vietnam.

Yunnan proclaimed its independence on December 25. Cai Er led the Republican Protection Army to go north to fight with the Yuan army. A great holy war in protection of the republic was officially unveiled. [Back to document]

KEYWORDS: biological; china; nuclear; war
This is part 2 of an earlier post:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1456316/posts

However, Epoch Times somehow changed the title. There is some repeat of an earlier post, but some new stuff like:

A long read, but the gist of it is the CCP won't go down without a murderous war against what it sees as its rival, the USA and democracy.

We in the West can hope that won't happen. Our war on terror may help, someday, to better secure our borders against a stealth attack on the ground. Our missile defense research may help against a rocket attack. We also need to keep our nuclear subs as a promise to make the homeland of any attacker a sheet or radioactive glass.
