So there may be hope yet. You're right though, the actions of these jurors are particularly egregious.

The earlier verdict that was overthrown was a guilty verdict.

Not sure that double jeopardy wouldn't apply in the case of an acquittal.

That these jurors are now singing another song makes me ill. They have allowed this child molesting pervert get away with his crime.
