Does California seem to have more wackos per capital than any other state or what? Does the sun bake their brains or are more nutcases just attracted to the west coast?
Sure seems that way.
Maybe the large population, big media presence, and "flaky" Hollywood atmosphere mean we see so much of it.
Don't know - I never spent much time out west so I'll leave it to others to say . . .

Oh, I don't know. I think it's nationwide. We spent five years in California and then moved here to Colorado. I haven't seen any decrease in the number of nutcakes per square mile.
Something is in the water down there. It doesn't wear off when they move away, they infect the neighborhoods they move to with their sickness.
