So true and yet so ironic coming from Machiavelli who saw all things as tools to acquire and maintain power. I see the Democratic party is struggling to find ways to use religion to get back into power without the proper reverence advised by this political strategist. I believe all truly religious people will see through any charade on their part. Thanks for your quote. I will keep it in mind for future posts and other writings.
