Sounds like second degree murder but the guy wants to die for what he did so he was willing to plead guilty to first degree murder and say that he was planning it for weeks.

He initially confessed to a bartender at a sports bar before being arrested. So he cleaned himself up, then went to the bar and had a drink. Good going freak. For his sake, I hope he enjoyed and finished the bottle because his drinking days are obviously over.
