I don't see any collapse in the photos. The post-collapse photo simply seems zoomed in, and lit differently.
There is a little bit of collapse evident on the surface that shows as a smooth, white face in the top photos. If you look at the same location in the bottom photo, it looks like it has buckled.
Bad use of photos, though. The last one should have the same zoom level as the other two for proper comparison. Some circles, arrows and dotted lines would have helped, along with a picture of Michelle Malkin.
