No, it isn't. Because the post you made is ridiculous and your previous posts consisted of such comments as BWAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!. You have been officially ignored.

If I'm understanding your numbers correctly, you are saying that all of these taxes add up to x dollars, so that is all that can come out of the costs. The thing you fail to realize (or do but won't ever admit it) is that when materials and labor come up through the supply chain each companies tax costs get added on to the costs of the previous company. It comes up in multiples, not just one static number. BWAAAAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH

It's not funny at all but WOULD be a waste of time since your numbers are not rigorously derived.

If anyone wishes to see a derivation of how the FairTax is revenue neutral, here is the original study:

http://www.cato.org/pubs/pas/pa-272.html

In addition, there have been more current numbers from the NIPA tables posted on this thread from about 2000 or 2001 that show similar results (post #39). There are even more recent numbers that take into account the mmore recent Bush tax reductions which reduce the required revenue neutral rate to 20% or less. I believe ancient_geezer has post these several times on past threads.
