Don't waste your time worrying about it, the 16th needs to be repealed first and that'll never happen in a million years.

And if it is, it's a big red flag that the replacement system is destined to screw the taxpayer even moreso than the IRS. :-/

Thinkin' Gal needs to think some more. The bill repeals all of the sections of the tax code dealing with income, estate, and payroll taxes.
