I agree, any dog can be mean. But when certain breeds outnumber the others by a huge percentage with HOMICIDES (I'm not talking just bites/attacks), there is a problem. A major problem.
I agree with that point. It was your previous post that used the "never" word that I wanted to address. Never is like, a really really long time. Some breeds are obviously more dangerous then others. As surely as some people aren't fit to be parents, many aren't even fit to own a dog.
