My mom spent thousands on it keeping it alive for years when it couldn't see and it pee'd all over her house constantly because it had some brain tumor and it's abdomen was all swollen out...she scooted it around in a baby stroller till it was nearly dead. Then she finally had it put to sleep and had it cremated and intends to have it buried with her.

Some people really become attached to their pets and parting from them in any form, is unbearable.
My wife has the same attitude towards our chihuahua!
But not me! LOL!
