Sorry summer, I have read a lot of articles about the dangers of a low carb diet and most of them were by people trying to protect an industry that was being hurt by the low car craze. I have read a lot about low carb and cholestrol and proteins and it is not bad for the body. NO CARBS are but not low carbs.
The diet has nothing to do with the failure of the Adkins company.
