I suppose that Cryin' George Voinovich would prefer we send a person who will smile and avert his gaze when he learns about mass rape and pedophilia at the hands of U.N. peacekeepers. And maybe he thinks it quaint that most U.N. committees live only to bash the U.S. and promote anti-Semitism. Maybe he even thinks it proper that the likes of Libya should chair the Human Rights Committee.
