I wonder if the book on management that ole Voinivich is sending to Bolton, has the chapter that tells a senator NOT to give his committee chairman the "head's up" when he is gonna vote opposite of what the chairman thinks, thus embarrassing the chairman, and the POTUS....
OR, does this "book o'management" tell a manager that if he doesn't get his way, he gets up in front of the world twice, and cries...??????
Voinovich should be sent a book on time management so he can actually make it to committee hearings about issues he supposedly feels are important.
