It was at Teterboro,NJ after the CO crash. Challenger was reported to be grossly out of balance with the CG too far aft and it didn't lift off properly and crew aborted takeoff(obviously too too late) and it skidded across Rt 46 and nose first into a building.

My bad, it was the data recorder that only had 10 seconds on it. Do you know if the CVR transcript has been released on that crash yet?
