Five minutes ago, MSNBC said that most got off.

CNN finally, a minute ago, reported survivors.

Update for those tuning in, Airfrance with reportedly with 291 people on board crashed on landing at Toronto. Aircraft broke in half near end of runway, and burst into flames.

Per CNN witnesses no one seen leaving aircraft, but other report have casualties taken to local hospitals.
