I find it very suspicious that PV whatshisname has refused having his property searched, especially since there is a deep and unused cistern there.
As per penowa, who lived on Aruba for many years, there are NO "deep cisterns" there, because if you dig 'em too deep, the saltwater enters.
Just one more myth about this case...the "deep cistern".
