It's only "tin foilish" if you don't know who controls all the casinos and the banks on Aruba. I guess "he got on the island because of a 'slip up' " by the Aruban gov't in his paperwork. What a surprise that they "slipped up" in Curacao too, and let him buy a casino there also. Such sloppy paperwork they do in the Dutch tropics! It has absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that Aruba has been turned into a "washing machine" for the International Mafia (the US mob is only one small player.)

What is tin foilish is not those things, it is the suspicion that Paulus was responsible for the "paperwork slip" and therefore in cahoots with the mafia.

That would explain alot. And from my experience, when something "explains alot" it is usually tin foilish.
