Ugh even the thought of that movie makes me cringe, but you're right, probably very much like that for them. Did they stop because their permit ran out? Doesn't it seem like if they wanted to be helpful at all, they would put new garbage on another part that's already been searched?
Not only did the permit expire, the guy who could've renewed it vamoosed.
I hope there's something in place to prevent the re-trashing of that spot.
