The other night on Greta, Aruban Govt spokesperson Ruben Trappenberg stated that the government did not own equipment & bull dozer's. Rather interesting seeing that I saw 2 or 3 on site at the landfill at any given time watching us bust our butts. So who pays those operators at the landfill if the govt owns the site?

Seems to me that Ruben may be parsing words.
