if NY or LA went up in ball of fire, GOP could do anything they wanted and still win next election, millions of demoncrat votes would disappear instantly.

"Dates are very important to al-Qaida, as we have come to know, and one of the dates mentioned in connection with this "American Hiroshima" plan is Aug. 6, the anniversary of the U.S. nuclear attack on Hiroshima in 1945. No year has been set, but it is worth noting that this Aug. 6th is the 60th anniversary of that attack."

They also go by an Islamic calendar, dumbass.

Which means little or nothing to most Westerners, to whom he (may the sand of a thousand deserts lodge in his skivvies) is trying to make the ultimate point, sir. When you're trying to reach someone, you have to understand their symbolism.

What does that have to do with making a point? That was one of the first lines I read, and it tainted the whole article. I don't think this guy knows what the hell he's talking about. Buried Russian nukes in the US? How have they maintained them? how have we not detected the radiation? It makes no sense.

On the other hand, if you have a platform and yell "AL QEADA HAS NUKES!" it'll get you noticed!

So your going to build an electrified wall across the entire southern and northern borders? And on all the coastal areas too?

Reducing crime is one thing.

Reducing the chance of a nuclear device going off here is entirely something else. If your solution for that is the wall, it will be a total failure.

"A number of American psychics, including a few who are born-again Christians....,"

A truly "born again" Christian can't be a "psychic" per Deuteronomy 18. Being "a psychic" is the practice of divination, which The Lord does NOT take kindly to. Whatever follows then, is discredited, as it's NOT God that he's hearing from.

I would have to agree with Maceman.

Much if not all of the Muslim world views America as nothing but a "paper tiger" that would be unable to respond when such a thing happens.

I don't put too much stock in prophetic dreams, but OTOH, I made a conscious decision to live waaay outside Atlanta. Just in case. Better quality of life too.

Because to me, this article seems to have only two possible purposes: actually warn us of a real threat, or make us have terrible feelings about Jews. Frankly, I think it is the latter.

I may not agree with Farrar's conclusions here, but there is no anti-semitism. You'll note Farrar's strong condemnation of what he claims is the exclusion of Arab Jews from sensitive national security posts.

"There is a master plan ... being plotted in meetings ...the Council on Foreign Relations. ... this open-borders policy is a direct result of those plans, which have been secretly adopted by our highest leaders, including President Bush."

Great. Farah's a kook. I never knew that.

"if NY or LA went up in ball of fire,... millions of demoncrat votes would disappear instantly."

You can't POSSIBLY be that naive. Since when does a little issue like death prevent a democrat from voting?

"9/11 was relatively small, extremly alarming, but tiny compared to say, a whole city. If DC were turned into a parking lot, you can bet there'd be political will to wipe Mecca off the map"

Not until after all the vaporized leaders were replaced.

Yes, that is true. What is also true is that our beloved New York (still in America) had more republican votes for Bush than ANY OTHER STATE. Folks should'nt forget that fact, just because they are so outnumbered there, thats still a lotta right-minded people there.

A wall along the land borders, is basically a serious deterrent, not a cure. Walls work pretty good for prisons, do they not?

However, a much more simpler solution is for military patrols. If caught illegally in this country and after a thorough investigation to verify the perpetrator's legal or illegal presence, kids and all, are then executed by firing squad with televised action back to those around the world. It is a harsh solution, but it would be effective. Either that or put the captured illegals into labor camps for a year building the wall(s) and give them 3 hots & a cot. After one year of labor, they have the option of telling us where they came from to deport them or they can simply work 7 days a week for the next year for food and shelter; no money. Also, we need a law barring forever coming back to the country again anyone caught entering illegally; no need to apply. If the risks are too great to come into this country illegally, then most will wait to get it done legally. CAFTA just screwed us with security and immigration. Such laws can be implemented and enforced, however, seems that US businessmen and international corporations prefer the US turn a blind eye as to exploit slave (cheap) labor to improve their bottoms lines and bonuses.

I know it all sounds a little crazy, but as of now, no punishment is being handed to those coming in illegally. We have the money available to build the wall and fence. I guess we should let all the US criminals out of jail now as we now have no effective means, ugggh....I mean an unwilling government, to stop foreign criminals from simply walking across our borders. Can't discriminate can we? IMHO, anyone against implementation of illegal entry deterrents is a bleeding heart liberal, currently using illegal labor for their own gain, or simply doesn't really care.

BTW, how would a physical electronically monitored barrier to keep people and vehicles from simply driving over the borders be a total failure with respect to security? Security of coastal areas are another issue entirely. Unsecured borders is a big problem. It is impossible to instantaneously remove all radicals around the world that want to terrorize the US with a nuke detonation and attempt to bring us one here for the fireworks. So, I guess it's cheaper to rebuild the downtown of a major city after a nuke detonation than to erect a wall/fence combo and forget innocent folks perishing in the process?

I'd like to hear your solution on increasing border security or are you simply content to just let a nuke or dirty bomb detonate and hope it's not where you live?

One final note, I don't like the situation at all, however, it has been forced upon us in this country, so, how do we improve the situation? Keep in mind also, 2/3 of those in this world want to live next door and work next door to you and me. Is there enough room and water for that to happen and are US citizens responsible for every individuals economic, physical, educational, and spiritual demise?

Please forgive what may sound as a harsh tone as a reply to you, it is not a personal attack on you or your comment. I'm just more fed up with the Fed's, states' and locals' BS and unwillingness to enforce our current laws as they have been sworn to uphold, that's all.
