To: ALOHA RONNIE

A good friend of mine was involved in the clean-up (body bagging and transport) after the Ia Drang battles. That was when he knew that this war was for real. Of course, the body counts zoomed up after that. He said that the worse mutilations he saw were in Laos.

The man is a real hero and has paid a terrible price. BTW, he is still waiting on the VA..... My heart just sinks when I read about this stuff, to this very day.
