He'll tell it like it is. The U.S. had more influence that you might believe when it comes to reforms.

Now, that said, the only real reform I'd be happy with would be total reform and/or eliminating it....so I won't be happy.

I would disagree on that, but that's my opinion. I doubt that, given the contempt that both Bush and Bolton have expressed for the UN in the past, the orgainization is willing to listen to or work with anyone Bush might send. In think that the UN is a lost cause for this administration. IMHO, I far more effective message could have been sent by refusing to fill the post in the first place.
