Good news.
Of course the MSM will not tell America that Clinton had over 100 recess appointments, (I don't know the exact number).

Oh darn, now the 50+ senators who would have voted for him had they not been blocked will be called less than the approval of the Senate.
It would be interesting if the President asked Frist to pass a petition amongst Senators asking who would have voted for Bolton had they been permitted to vote.

Democrats Decry Bolton Appointment
Monday, August 01, 2005, Fox News
WASHINGTON President Bush is expected to put State Department official John Bolton (search) on the job as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations this week with the help of the U.S. Constitution, which allows the president to fill any vacancies during a congressional.
Then the whining will begin!

Perky couric and chrissy matthews were discussing this just a short while ago. She put on her glasses, looked down at her research script, then asked the following incredulous question: "He can do this?" to chrissy. Seemingly innocent of any clinton memories of recess appointments, she asked that dumb*ss question. This is just how stupid she thinks we are. That we actually would believe that she didn't know this could be done, has been done by clinton, and will be done again if the situation warrants. One more reason she really needs to be gone.

But, but, he once spoke harshly to one of his subordinates!
